Primary Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting of automation systems and provides instrumentation, PLC and HMI/SCADA software and hardware support to the maintenance staff.
• Execute plant projects and capital projects through conception to completion.
• Maintain an up-to-date and complete set of as-built electrical and controls documentation.
• Coordinate and implement control system software upgrades.
• Perform Network Administration and Data Administration tasks for networked, PC based, control systems related equipment.
• Develop, read, and interpret all electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and programs essential to plant operation; provide updates as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 3+ years’ applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or PC-based HMI systems

OR

• Associate’s Degree in a technical discipline
• 1+ years’ applicable experience in PLC software and hardware troubleshooting and/or PC-based HMI systems

Other

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% for training purposes until factory operational startup and/or you are fully qualified in your role.  There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.
