Role Description :

This is a freelance remote role for a 360 Recruitment Consultant at BuzzBe Recruitment. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from identifying and sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, consulting with clients, and ensuring successful candidate placement. The role requires the consultant to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients, providing expert advice and maintaining strong relationships.



Qualifications :

Experience in Recruitment and Recruiting
Strong skills in Consulting and Interviewing
Excellent Communication skills
Proven ability to manage full recruitment life cycle
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in a relevant industry is a plus
Must be willing to seek new business using existing contacts
Must understand how to direct traffic to website using social media
