The Role :

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in providing detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis.
Leveraging Power BI to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
Analysing financial data from timesheet billing systems to improve profitability and efficiency.
Business partnering with key stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights.
Supporting month-end reporting and variance analysis.


The Person :

We are looking for a finance professional who has worked in a Professional Services firm with a timesheet billing model. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong experience with Power BI, including data visualisation and reporting.
Proven expertise in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
A background in a Professional Services environment, understanding time-based revenue structures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset.
A recognised finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
