Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and service processes.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering clear and friendly communication.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Keep records of customer interactions and provide feedback for process improvements.


Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Familiarity with CRM tools and live chat software is an advantage.
