Key Responsibilities:

Manage email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Assist in document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
Oversee travel arrangements, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
Support internal communications and follow up on pending tasks.
Conduct research and compile reports as requested.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure information remains organized.
Handle basic customer service inquiries and interact with clients when needed.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
