Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with teams across departments to streamline financial processes.
Monitor outstanding payments and liaise with relevant parties for collections.


Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial administration or accounting.
Strong knowledge of financial software and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong understanding of EMEA financial regulations is a plus.
