Account Manager Remote Central Coast

The Role :

As an Account Manager, you’ll own a book of warm, engaged customers—users of one of the most recognisable SaaS platforms on the market. You’ll work across industries, identifying new use cases, expansion paths, and opportunities for growth.
Be the commercial point of contact for your accounts
Deepen relationships with current users and key stakeholders
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and act on them
Partner with the Customer Success team to deliver value that drives renewals and upgrades
Track key metrics, reduce churn risk, and help clients fall deeper in love with the product
Report on performance and pipeline while building strategic account plans
This isn’t firefighting support. It’s proactive account growth.


You’ll Be a Fit If You :

Have 2+ years of SaaS account management (or similar B2B experience)
Can drive account expansion while keeping churn low
Are consultative and commercial—equally comfortable solving problems and selling value
Know how to prioritise across a busy portfolio without dropping the ball
Have great written and verbal communication, with EQ to match
Bonus: You’ve worked with workflow platforms, CRMs, or even Monday.com itself
